Shipping policy

Order Processing - Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

Local Delivery - During checkout, local delivery is available for addresses within 15km of our dispatch address. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed with Local Delivery will be aimed to be delivered within 3 business days after your order has been placed. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a notification to inform of your delivery. FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 applies to orders shipping within Australia and are outside the 15km Local Delivery radius. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping within Australia and $15.95 express shipping with Australia. We offer free shipping for orders over $45.

Store Pickup - Pickup is subject to availability of authorised personnel and their location on a given day and their schedule for a given week. Store Pickup may not always be available. We may use various methods of communication to inform customers of pickup availabilities for the foreseeable future. Orders can be picked up once a date and time has been confirmed by an authorised personnel. An email will be sent when your order is ready or available for pickup.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges - We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We also charge a return shipping fee of $7.95 to cover the cost of retrieving your order. Our store aims to avoid to necessity for refunds with the provision of samples and therefore see it reasonable that the customer cover a flat rate return shipping fee. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at korsi@inspiredscents.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
